Shipping policy

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order online you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days! Our business days are Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Delivery on orders $75+ (pre-tax) shipping within the contiguous US.

Orders using our free shipping service are typically shipped via FedEx Ground Economy. This service utilizes FedEx to ship it close to your delivery location with USPS making the final delivery. Deliveries using this method usually take seven to ten business days.*

Orders being shipped to AK or HI do not qualify for the standard free shipping offer. The options for shipping to those regions are USPS at a flat fee of $15 per pair/item ($22.50 for items under $75) or FedEx 2-day at a flat fee of $35 ($42.50 for items under $75) per pair/item.

Expedited delivery service is available for select web orders and applies to those orders placed during regular business days before 2PM EST. Orders placed outside of this time frame will be processed the next business day.

Expedited delivery services are available. Estimated delivery dates on these services is under the assumption orders are placed during business days before 11:00am (EST). Orders placed after 11:00am (EST) or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. For example, if an order is processed and placed using FedEx 2Day® shipping at 11:00am (EST) on Monday, it will arrive Wednesday or Thursday. If that same order is placed at 3:00pm (EST), it will take an extra day to process, arriving on Thursday or Friday.*

We offer deliveries to all Armed Forces Locations. These shipments are delivered utilizing USPS. To ship to these locations, you will need:

• Name of the recipient (rank/grade/rating is optional)
• PSC
• CMR
• UMR
• RPO
• APO or OMDC number
• The recipient's Military Post Office Box number.
• The correct ZIP Code, preferably ZIP + 4

It is not necessary to add specific military formations, for example "1/20 24th Infantry"

For FPO addresses aboard a United States Navy or United States Coast Guard vessel, use the ship's name and hull number

Do not use the state that the distribution hub is in (FL, CA, NY). This may cause delays in package processing and delivery.

With the exception of Armed Forces America and Armed Forces Pacific delivery, Armed Forces Delivery Locations' state field may change to "Armed Forces Africa" during address validation. This updated state selection is safe to submit as your original selection has the same shipping state code as "Armed Forces Africa" (AE)
