Georgia Boot Lacer Work Boot
This men's 8-inch Georgia Lacer makes an excellent work boot. Its upper has been assembled with SPR™ leather. As a result of the way it has been tanned, this leather has 3 times the strength of traditional leathers and is able to resist abrasions 2 ½ times better. It also provides further resistance to caustic chemicals and barnyard acids.
These also are comfortable work boots. There's an internal padded collar, a cushioned insole covered in soft fabric, and this boot has flex-notched quarters so you're able to bend with ease. Georgia built a steel shank into this Lacer work boot; it provides steady footing and arch support.
The polyurethane X-10 outsole is flexible, cushioning and resists chemicals and oils.
Goodyear® welt construction enhances the footwear's durability and makes the entire structure sturdier. When boots are assembled this way, it allows you to take the outsole (once it has worn down) and have it replaced.
A brush guard kiltie is a bonus feature; it blocks small items from getting into the interior, but it's removable so you always can always take it off if it's not your style.
