We are sorry to hear you need to return your product(s), but we are glad to assist to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible. First, make sure that the product is still under warranty and that you can provide proof of purchase.

We provide free return shipping on all orders placed within the United States. We just need to provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) to ensure your return and credit is properly created and refunded in our system. Requesting your RA is quick and easy through one of the following methods:

Please allow 48 hours to process your request. It could take up to 15 business days (or more during our busy season) from the time your return is recieved by our Distribution Center, until the time the credit/replacement order is issued. If you feel the 15 days has been exceeded, please contact our customer service department.

Please Note: Products sent to the Returns Department without a Return Authorization Number (RA) will be refused. To recieve a full refund, products must be in new unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product that is used or outside our 30-day window, please review our product warranty.

PURCHASED THROUGH AUTHORIZED DEALERS

All returns must be accompanied by a dated receipt and returned through the authorized dealer where they were originally purchased. Please do not send your purchases back to Rocky. Without a return authorizatrion number, we are unable to accept return packages. Any authorized dealer can provide a return authorization number which allows us to track the product shipment and problem with that shoe or boot.

WARRANTY

Rocky Brands, Inc. ("Rocky") offers a 1-year limited warranty to the original end user pruchaser for all Georgia Boot products ("Product(s)") in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.

This warranty also covers Gore-Tex® bootie liners against leakage for 1 year. All boots with Georgia Boot waterproof construction are guaranteed waterproof for 6 months from date of purchase.

All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase. For purchasers in California, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase or the date of delivery of the Product (whichever is later). In the event of a defect, Rocky will replace the Product. If a Product has been discontinued and a replacement is not possible, Rocky will provide an alternate replacement Product that is, in Rocky's discretion, of equivalent value.

Because Rocky cannot control the quality of Product sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Rocky or a Rocky authorized seller in the United states, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Rocky reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products puchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

This warranty does not cover damage due to: normal wear and tear, neglect or failure to adequately maintain and store the Product, holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes, alteration to the Product, repairs or modifications not performed by Rocky, inadequate or imporper fit, accident, misue and/or abuse by the wearer, act of God, fire or other hazard, tampering, or improper shipping and handling.

The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals or foreign substances that result in damage to the materials of the Product.

Rocky does not warrant any of its Products provide protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain Products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonable expected snake bites.

There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Rocky be liable for any other liability or obligation, including without limitation any liability or obligation for damage, loss, or injury (whether direct, indirect, exemplary, special, consequential, or incidental) arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use, or performance of the product, breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liablitiy. For the avoidance of this doubt, in no event will Rocky's aggreagate liability exceed the price paid by the customer for the Product in question. No extension of this warranty will be binging upon Rocky unless set forth in writing and signed by a Rocky authorized representative.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
